Paul joined Allied Environmental Consultants in 1994 as a geologist, becoming President in 2007. He also serves as senior project manager, responsible for continued development of Allied’s services and programs under CWA, CAA, RCRA, and CERCLA. Paul supports a wide range of solid waste and hazardous waste management projects for clients ranging from government agencies to Fortune 500 companies.
Since entering the environmental consulting industry in 1988, he has developed project plans complying with CERCLA and RCRA regulations, including sampling and analysis plans (field sampling plan and QAPP) site health and safety plan and work plans. He has written project plans for sites with primary contaminants of concern such as PCBs, PAHs and cyanide compounds, petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, and semi-volatile organic compounds. Paul has been involved in numerous indoor air quality projects and has developed successful approaches in sampling and solving indoor air quality problems. Born and raised in the Kansas City, Missouri area, he graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, and is a registered Professional Geologist in Kansas and Arkansas. He is also certified as an 8- and 40-hour instructor for OSHA Hazardous Site Operations and Management and maintains an annual radiation safety training certificate.
